Frequently asked questions

Can I use hosting with a domain I already own?

Yes. Enter your existing domain when ordering and complete the domain ownership checks before activation. Our team can help review DNS settings through a ticket.

How do monthly renewal and cancellation work?

Plans that support monthly billing show a monthly option. Recurring card payments require explicit consent. You can request cancellation of renewal from your service page; it takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Does payment activate hosting immediately?

Initial activation requires verified payment and administrator approval. The system then creates the service. Follow the status in your ticket.

What storage and resource limits are included?

Read the details below the package name. Resource use follows the package and service terms. Please ask before ordering if a requirement is not specified.

Can I continue without a quotation?

Yes. Choose a direct invoice on the request form to continue to HostDrift Pay, or request a quotation first. Documents are issued through HostDrift Quotation.
